Requested refund but no one responds

I ordered 3 items and someone contacted me on WhatsApp right away to get measurements. They were also happy to answer questions about another dress. However when I received my items one dress was poorly made. In fact it's completely inappropriate the way it's made that shows the underwear and completely exposes the crotch area. I contacted the store both by email and by WhatsApp to get a refund but no one even acknowledged my request. I'm being ghosted now that they have my money. Not ok!

I love the color. The pictures do not do it justice. It has a hint of purple to it. I received so many compliments when wearing it. The fit is very flattering. I ordered a size large I weigh 140 lbs and am 5ft4. Material is a bit thin but for price great quality.

This dress came quickly and was extremely well made. Not one piece of fringe, stone, or beading came off at my competition. The dress was slightly big on me however this is the first time I have sent my measurements and perhaps I rounded up too much. Can’t wait to get another dress at this unbelievable price compared to thousands for other dresses.
