Orders & Sizing

How do I choose my size?
Each product page has a size guide. For made-to-measure pieces, just place your order and we'll reach out for your measurements before production begins. Not sure? Message us anytime before you order and we'll help you choose.

Are your dresses custom-made?
Many of our pieces are made to order to your exact measurements. Ready-made and in-stock styles are also available — each product page shows which.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if production hasn't started yet. Message us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. 🌎

How much is shipping?
Free Shipping is included on orders worldwide. Express Shipping is available at checkout when you'd like your order faster.

How long does delivery take?
Production time varies by item and is shown on each product page (usually 5–30 days). Once your order ships: Free Shipping arrives in about 10–21 business days, Express in 2–8 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Will I pay customs or duties?
For orders outside the EU, any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the price.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Google Pay and other options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
It depends on the piece — custom items are made to your measurements so can't be returned, while selected ready-made styles can be returned within 14 days. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
