At Dance Dressing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Return Window

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your package. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Standard-size & ready-made pieces

Selected ready-made styles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, when unworn and with tags attached.

Made-to-measure, custom & pre-owned pieces

To ensure full satisfaction with custom measurements or unique pre-owned items, please contact us prior to ordering so we can assist with fit, photos, and specifications. For pre-owned pieces, please check the individual product description page for specific details regarding its condition and return terms. If there is any issue with your delivered custom or pre-owned order, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an inspection and authorization for return or modification.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at ddressing@ddressing.com with your order number and reason for return to request authorization.
2. Once authorized, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
