2. Take your measurements as accurately as possible using the measurement guide provided on this page.
3. Required measurements: please refer to the red dotted areas (see photo below), covering:
   • 1 - Neck girth
   • 2 - Shoulder width
   • 3 - Sleeve length
   • 5 - Sleeve girth
   • 7 - Wrist girt
   • 10 - Chest girth
   • 11 - Waist girth
   • 12 - Hip girth
4. Upon placing your order, we'll reach out for those measurements
5. We'll confirm your order and begin production, which typically takes around 15 days.
6. Once your order is complete, we'll ship it to you and provide support and guidance until it arrives safely.
7. Accepts returns or not: As the products are made to your exact measurements, we kindly ask that you carefully review the measurement details you provide. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please note that while no charge applies for chest girths under 110 cm, those exceeding 110 cm may incur an additional fee. Please inquire for details.
