Every DDressing piece is sent with care from our designers around the world. Here's what to expect.

Production time

Many of our pieces are made to order, so production time varies by item and is shown clearly on each product page (typically 5–30 days, depending on the design). Ready-made and in-stock items ship sooner.

Shipping options & delivery time

Once your item is ready and dispatched:

• Free Shipping — included on orders worldwide. Estimated delivery 10–21 business days. (A few remote destinations may vary — your exact options always show at checkout.)
• Express Shipping — available at checkout when you'd like it faster. Estimated 2–8 business days; cost shown at checkout.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where your order ships from

DDressing works with selected designers in Europe, the UK and beyond, so your item may ship from the EU, the UK, or directly from the maker. We'll keep you updated at every step.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the price.
