Regarding the delivery: A formal investigation was opened with the carrier (UPS) to address your concerns. As of the completion of that investigation, UPS confirmed delivery to your specific address with a verified proof of delivery (Tracking: 1ZK6E8620325205974). Because the investigation concluded that the package was successfully delivered as addressed, we consider this matter resolved from a logistics standpoint. We have reached out to you previously with these details and remain available if you have further documentation from the carrier that contradicts their final report.
