4. We offer size and color recommendations both before and after placing an order and allow modifications to be made after the order has been placed
   
5. We'll confirm your order and begin production, which takes 15 days
6. Once your dress is complete, we'll ship it to you and provide you with the tracking details
7. Accepts returns or not: As the dress is made to your exact measurements, we kindly ask that you carefully review the measurement details you provide. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
